Drake had been dedicated to seriously understanding these powers of his in a way that no one had ever seen. Any opportunity for him and Alistar to go into the otherworld he jumped at it and had learned a lot of where his new limits and such were. For Drake the sudden increase in his power. He was feeling pretty good lately and it showed on his face as he seemed to have more life in him than he had ever had during his decent time here. Drake would also make sure he made time for Alistar who he didn't want to make feel like she wasn't always number one for him. He had also thought of writing everything he could think of that he knew about the otherworld, Silent hill, and anything in between and would let Alistar have it after every addition. Drake wanted to make this easier for her and so that she would have a guide for her to study should after they leave here the two were separated for any reason. That thought had been on his mind alot lately, the leaving together. It filled his chest with such a pure and warm feeling that went beyond excitement.

This morning Drake opened his eyes and stared at the ceiling. He had dreamt of happier times and a smile slowly crept across his face as he slowly turned his head to look at Alistar feeling lucky every time he woke up and she was there by him. Drake slowly got up an one of his elbows and leaned over to kiss her forehead before he got up to go make them some breakfast. He didn't bother putting on clothes since he planned for a shower so he would be in the kitchen after a few minutes in just boxers with an apron that was bright neon green that read 'it got too hot in the kitchen so i got to strippin' and behind the text would be a woman's body with the words blocking any of her private parts.

The last month had been grueling but enjoyable. Spending quite a bit of time with Drake in his other world version of the school as well as in the actual school practicing the abilities. It would have been a better sight to see you next to me.” she commented as she walked up behind him and hugged him. Kissing the space between his shoulder blades, she hummed happily while reading his apron. ”So why isn’t that a picture of me on your apron? Are you off looking at other women already?” she asked with a wink and a smirk. ”So what are our plans today? If possible, can we have dinner together at the moonlit gardens?” she obviously didn’t want to make it seem like he couldn’t do his own thing.

Drake would hear her moving around and smiled as he knew she was getting up. As if to prove he was right she would speak out to him getting a soft chuckle from Drake "I heard your stomach grumbling so I decided to start making you a meal." he teased lightly before a gentle hum left him as she kiss between his shoulder blades. Hearing her bring up his Apron and why it was her a look of surprise and shock came over his features. "I...hadnt thought of that but I could have aprons with you on them. What a wonderful realization." he said and the excited smile on his face showed that this might of been a can of worms she had opened up accidentally. When she brought up plans he just shook his head "not a one, I was just hoping to spend the day with you. Maybe not do any training today and just enjoy one another's company in whatever way sounds the most appealing to you." he said and moved to plant a solid and living kiss on her "doesnt that sound nice?" he asked before going back to cooking their breakfast soon having it plated and offered hers to her. "And dinner in the moonlight gardens sounds like it would be nice. I hadnt considered dinner outside of the dorm or cabin since the routine of curfew kind of made me believe we aren't allowed dinner outside of our dorms unless its a special occasion." he said and smiled before beginning to eat his meal now eating matching portions with a regular person. he looked healthier, seemed happier, and was more confident all around in interacting with others and it was mainly thanks to the woman right before his eyes. "I love you Albi, I cant say that enough." he told her with a big cheesy look on his face.

Laughing and rolling her eyes at him, she swatted his bicep. ”True, but if then if someone came over, they would be able to see my naked form on your apron too. So be careful which ones you pick.” Nodding to his plans, she smiled happily and moved to make herself a hot cup of tea. Returning his kiss, she nodded. ”It does. Maybe movies this afternoon and then we can head out to have dinner in the garden?” Taking her plate, the goddess moved to the table and sat. Waiting for him to join her before she began eating, she smiled watching him happily.

It made her feel warm and fuzzy inside that he agreed so readily to have dinner with her in the garden. ”Well, we can make it a special occasion and just enjoy ourselves.” Digging into the food he had made, her mind was already running with ideas of what she wanted to do that night. Laughing at the look on his face, she grinned. ”I love you too Drake. So what movies do you want to watch first?” As they finished their meal and discussed which movie they wanted to watch, both seemed quite happy and relaxed. Obviously bickering a bit over if they should watch an action movie, a romantic comedy, or if Drake got his way, a fantasy movie. Living the way they did, she wasn’t sure how he would ever enjoy those.

After watching the chosen movie and getting up, both would take their time getting ready for the evening. Picking out what they wanted to bring for the dinner trip and discussing where in the gardens they wanted to stop to eat. It wouldn’t take long for them to have everything ready to go.

Drake chuckled "that is fair, I would like your naked form to be one only i get to see." he said smirking at her before nodding "movies sound nice. Even nicer with you there." he agreed and would put away his cooking things once they were done. "Everyday with you is a special occasion. Coming back once he was dressed she heard her question about what they should watch first and smiled "how about something funny. Feels like a good day to relax and laugh." he said and once they decided on the movie he sat with her enjoying the movies with her at his side. When they finished he went and got cleaned up for their dinner date Drake even combing and putting a slight bit of gel so that it was pulled out of his face. Meeting up with Alistar once he was all done he would would meet her in the living room before leaving the cabin with his arm looped around hers. "you seem excited about going out for this dinner date? Have you been wanting to change the routine some?" he asked her seeing just how into this she was. It made him happy to see her into a date night and wanted to enjoy the night with her without making it about anything serious or depressing. Finding their spot in the gardens Drake looked to her and smiled "it is really nice in this spot, thank you for suggesting it." he said kissing her cheek "so want to start our dinner date properly now?" he asked knowing she probably had a way she wanted things to go since it seemed she had planned this out some before suggesting it to him.

Alistar laughed and rolled her eyes. They both knew that because of the yearbook he wouldn’t be the only one who got to see her naked form, but at least in those photos it was apparent she was in a relationship with someone. His playful side always brought out a smile from the goddess. While he went to get dressed in some comfy clothes, she picked out a funny movie for them to watch. Grabbing a couple snuggly blankets they curled up on the couch and enjoyed their afternoon together. In all her years Alistar never would have guessed that she would enjoy an afternoon like this one.

Of course once the movies were done, she exited to the bathroom to get ready for the evening. While her outfit may not have been the most comfortable for the gardens, she didn’t think they would go walking through the brush itself. Smiling up at Drake, amber eyes sparkled brightly. ”I am excited. Is that so wrong?” thinking about his question, she chuckled. ”I wouldn’t say change the routine, just have a different night ya know? This way we’re not doing the same thing over and over again.” Walking with him, they found their way to the spot. Alistar chuckled as he complimented it. ”Well, I do have good taste, you know.” winking at him, she thought about the dinner and nodded. The school had been amazing enough to supply food ready for them to eat.

”Sure, lets eat and then we can continue. The stars are beautiful tonight.” Taking her seat, she made sure her purse was at her side and grinned at Drake happily.

Drake smiled at her “ No, I like you excited.” he said smiling as he would pull her a bit closer to himself. “ I understand. But I have to say I enjoy waking up to see you beside me every morning. It is something I don't want to change.” he said, kissing her cheek before they found their spot and were supplied with the food. Her comment about taste made him chuckle “ that you do, I think I also have an eye for quality myself if we are bragging.” he said playfully back at her. Nodding when she said they could eat and that it was a beautiful night Drake would look up and enjoy the sight and company while eating their meal. A small part of his brain critiqued some of the flavors or how things were cooked but not in a way that made him not enjoy the meal but more in a how he would have done it sort of way. He smiled, finding the moment incredibly relaxing before looking at her with a smile. “ This is really nice Albi, thank you for planning it.” he said softly to her with that loving expression that really showed her how he felt.

Alistar’s lips curled upward as they sat to eat. This man had weaseled his way into her heart and now she knew she would never be able to let him go. ”Well, Hayati, it is my pleasure. It’s usually you who is trying to spoil me and shower me with affection. I thought you might like to enjoy it too. Are you feeling awkward yet?” Chuckling, she continued to eat her food and relax with Drake. Shifting in her seat, the goddess could feel the breeze brushing past them as if it were caressing her hair. ”Tell me Hayati, your dreams of the future include a wife, children, some form of baking… what else do you desire?” She asked curiously. What would keep him going day to day?

Drake would smile and chuckle a bit “ No, I am enjoying it to its fullest. It's not often you feel brave enough to spoil me.” he said with a smirk teasing her a little bit. Drake would hear her question and looked a bit surprised by it as he had to think “ what else…I…I don't know. Honestly I think having all that would be amazing in itself. I want you free and I want me free of our respective weights. I want to live with you every day we have.” he said thinking for a moment trying to think up what other answers there were for this question. “ I want to live at least as long as you. I don't want to die before or after you.” he said, reaching out to take her hand and if he got it would gently brush his thumb over the top of hers smiling “ Other than that and what you said…I think i would wake up everyday feeling blessed.” he told her not a hint of dishonesty in his words.

A happy look came over her face as she squeezed his hand in return. His words filled her with a sense of warmth and love that she really had never known until she met him. Now that she understood what it was to love someone so completely; the goddess knew she would never be able to go back to the way she had lived before. ”Well, then I believe we’ll have to figure out a way to make you a god like me. Maybe your goddess can bestow one more gift to you for your faith.”

Bringing his hand up to her lips, she kissed his knuckled and motioned to their food. ”We should finish eating before we get too sappy though. We both know where that ends up and I’d like to take the long way around tonight.” laughing at her own joke, she continued to eat. Enjoying the food quite a bit while she thought about how different her life was now.

Drake would smile as he nodded “ maybe i will be the god of tacky aprons.” he said chuckling before nodding “ true, but you make it sound like it isn't something you have enjoyed each and every time.” he said and would wiggle his eyebrows, something he had been practicing to surprise her with and now felt like the time to whip it out at her before Drake went back to eating his meal.

Drake was enjoying the talks but his mind was focused on him becoming a god. He wondered if such a thing was truly possible and what would be required to do it. Could his goddess make him one or would he have to find a method outside of his faith? He started thinking over what he had read in some of the books in the library while eating, making mental notes of anything that seemed promising in the regards of him ascending to godhood.

It made her feel like she was privy to this one side of Drake that he never showed anyone else. Their meal continued in peaceful silence while he mulled over his thoughts and Alistar finished her meal.

Waiting until he was finished as well, she leaned forward on her elbow and tilted her head to look at him. ”Hayati, I think I was weak… before I came here. That’s why I needed you. I was punishing myself for my own sins and I needed someone to show me that it’s ok to be over now. To show me a different truth.”

Drake would look at her listening and smiled “ I was someone lost in the dark, seeing only nightmares before you. You were able to light my path and show me I could dream again while still breathing. I was lost before you and maybe that was what guided me here to you….maybe the goddess allowed the school to rip me away in hopes it would save me…and that I would meet you.” he said smiling happily at her “ I love that I met you Albi.” he said softly before taking her hand and kissing the back of it.

Rolling her eyes, the goddess smiled at him and cupped his cheek in her hand. ”I swear you’re going to give me diabetes one way or another.” Laughing at her own joke, she shifted and stood to lean over the table and kiss his forehead. Sighing happily, she stared at him for a moment before shifting her weight to step to the side of the table. ”You know Hayati, I’ve had a question bouncing around inside my head for a while now. It’s a very important one to me and I hope you’ll give it a lot of thought and answer me truly.” she gave him a meaningful look while she stood there watching him. With fluid ease, she took to a knee and seamlessly pulled out a ring at the same time. ”The thought of starting a family no longer scares the crap out of me. In fact, with you I find the thought exciting. Will you marry and leave this place with me?” Amber eyes grinned up at him as she held out the ring for him. Was it unconventional for the woman to ask? Sure. Unexpected for her to be the one to do the ask? Maybe, Drake had all but actually said those words to her for months now. She knew in her heart that he was just waiting for her to be ready.

Drake chuckled and leaned into her hand before noticing her get more serious. Watching her move to the side before she fluidly moved into a kneeling position. When he realized what she was saying and doing Drake had to tense up to keep himself behaved at the moment. Pouncing her like an animal in heat would not be a good answer and would make telling this story to others later a bit difficult. With a soft sigh he would Smile and lock eyes with her “ so you asked before I could. I think I get why you were a bit jumpy around me lately. You probably knew I had planned to ask you soon didn't you.” he said smiling before slowly reaching out and taking the ring. He slid it on the appropriate finger before smiling “ yes, I will marry you and leave this place.” he said, moving to pick her up and kiss her all in one motion.

Laughing softly, she watched him put the ring on and pulled his hand to her lips so she could kiss his knuckles over the ring. I knew one of us would get around to it eventually.” Giving him an eskimo kiss, amber eyes stared up at him lovingly. ”We’ll have to figure out when we want to hold the ceremony, and a general plan for what you want to do once we get out.”

Drake nodded and smiled “ haven't you been figuring that out already or do you think i havent noticed a theme to some of your questions lately. What do i want? what job would i like? what sort of house would i like? I think You have been planning our out of heartless lives for a few weeks now.” he said smiling as he held her close and kissed her neck. “ Now let us get back to the cabin before I lose my self control and we start doing our usual where others will see.” He said and began easily carrying his now fiance back to the cabin.

You always wanted to talk about our future and what we were going to do.” Playing with his hair, she was happier than she had ever been before.
