✿*ﾟ↪ When the Egyptian people were young the regarded the Pharaoh as god. A being who’s word was law. Pharaoh ruled with an iron fist and even though they changed form, they were always the beloved one of their people. Among those who served Pharaoh was a family of priests. After an oracle predicted that someone from this family would be the downfall of the Pharaoh he decreed that they were banished from Egypt in an attempt to keep this prophecy from happening. During this time the Goddess Bastet was undergoing a transformation. The people had tried to split her role with that of Sakhmet and she would not let this happen. The family of priests were the keepers of the temples for Bastet. To keep her power hidden away and from being split she hid herself away in the life blood of this banished family.

Several generations later Alistar was born. Seeing the markings on the child the family decided to train the child to be one of the most skilled assassins their people had ever seen. They were tired of wandering the desert outskirts of Egypt and wanted to return home, to their rightful place. It had been the family's plan to regain the Pharaoh’s favor by presenting Alistar as a bodyguard to serve and protect him. They knew that he had special guards as it was, which is why they tried hard and in vain to perfect her. Alistar as a result became very cold and calculating, killing whenever she was told, and was never really allowed to have a life. She was very good at what she did, and even seemed to enjoy it.

As she grew though she began having issues with some of her assignments and started rebelling. She would investigate her targets before killing them. She developed her ability to see balance in everything around her. She named herself a protector and also a killer. She would kill without mercy if she felt the need, even if it wasn’t what she wanted to do. Sometimes to keep balance one had to make sacrifices.

Not long before her family was going to present her to the Pharaoh, he was attacked and his court was scattered. Her family took it upon themselves to try and find the lost court and bring them back together for the Pharaoh to restore his power, but so far they had been unsuccessful. While undercover trying to find one, her cover was blown and she had to go to a new place to hide. Alistar herself does not realize that she is the reincarnated Bastet. She thinks that she has a longer life span thanks to being chosen by the gods to be Ra’s next protector.

✿*ﾟ Rapid Self-Healing – Can heal 4x as fast as a normal human. This is not an instant heal.

✿*ﾟ Minor heal – can heal through touch very small wounds of others. This wears her out though so she generally doesn’t do it.

✿*ﾟ She can tell when a creature is pregnant and even influence a body to be more or less fertile if she tries hard enough.

✿*ﾟ She seems to have a sixth sense about justice, balance, and protection. Being able to tell if someone is not telling a complete truth. She may not be able to tell exactly what the lie is, but that there is a lie in what she’s being told. To bypass this the person would have to wholeheartedly believe their own words.

✿*ﾟ Pleasure touch – with a touch she can influence her target to feel the most euphoric pleasure they have ever experienced. She doesn’t have to do much to them before the affect kicks in, but she does need to maintain contact for the effect to last. If contact is broken then it will fade away.
