Halloween Dating Event Round 1 Group 3
ROUND ONE - MORNING BELL
Unwilling Participants will wake in the mansion in small groups and are unlikely to realize the true nature of this beast to start out. They find themselves each dressed in a relatively cheap looking Halloween costume, altogether in a room that seems to be set up like a college Halloween party. There is one of those old looking elevators that seems to be the only way in and out of the room, but it is unresponsive to start. ‘Inactive’ an old timey display reads, the button to summon the elevator has the words ‘Round One’ written above it.
How curious!
Well, the groups will have nothing else to do but enjoy each other’s company and discover a strange wand that seems to be able to change each other’s costumes at the flick of a wrist. Fun! Actually, with the booze and random games around, seems like this might actually be a good time~
Niels Van ’t Hout
"Holy fuck!" the centaur-like critter exclaimed as he gave himself a look over. "I slept halfway?" Then a second later he noticed he happened to be blue and there was a perfect mark on his flank. "Oh sweet, my Halloween costume is both pony RD and human RD. Having both is 40% more awesome." Before he could comment more on the subject, there was a deep rumbling from both stomachs. "But...I'mma avail myself of the grub first, doubt I'll be able to graze during the day..."
Harper
Horrified doesn't even begin to cut it. Giving herself a look over, all she can think is fuck no. Black hair and nails now pink, flowers in place of grungy tattoos and so much glitter she must shed it every time she even moves. Fucking glitter. Harper want's to burn it so bad - she doesn't notice the other people. "What the entire fuck is this shit?!" she grumbles darkly to herself before catching a glimpse of Niels. "Oh fuck me - it gets worse. What the entire shit, Pony Boy?"
Niels Van ’t Hout
Niels paused in his gorging as soon as he heard that very very familiar voice and her somewhat habitual language. He swallowed down the mountain of food he had managed to shove into his mouth just as he turned to regard her...and instantly nearly choke to death. After a solid minute of coughing he finally managed to wheeze a few words out "This is priceless." Wiping away the tears which had streamed down his cheeks, he approached, "would the pretty pretty princess care to ride the pretty pretty pegasus?" He was going to be killed any second now, but it was worth it.
Damien
Looking at the two in front of him with bright-ass colored costumes, Damien resisted wanting to vomit at the colors. He looked down at himself as he felt something puffy against his legs. ”A fucking maid outfit?!” He felt the top of his head and found attached cat ears that he couldn’t take off. ”A CAT MAID?! Oh you’ve gotta be kidding me.” At least he could feel that he was still wearing boxers and boots. No heels for him please.
Viviene
“What.... where in the hell?” Viv mumbled popping into the room besides the cat maid. Snorting she said,”Priceless!!” Before looking at her own attire and exclaiming, “WE DONT HAVE WINGS. Jesus fucking Christ I’m going to kill whoever came up with that idea.” Blowing out a huff of air she tossed her crimson hair over her shoulder before looking around the room at who else was there. Recognizing Niels Viv cackled before saying to him, “This is fucking amazing please tell me someone has a camera.” Looking over to the woman next to him she waved introducing herself, “‘Sup, I’m Vivienne, but call me Viv. Any idea what we’re to do here? Anyone see instructions?”
Harper
She wants to murder this pony and yeet him out a window but she forces on a smile and resists the urge to burn everything around her. "Not after that comment. I can still use these to scratch your eyes out." she says, sickly sweet with a hint of venom and sheer hatred referring to her disgustingly pink and sparkly nails. At least the other one that spawned in was cute as a cat maid - she just looks hideous. Someone else makes fun of Niels and Harper snorts, rolling her eyes. "Harper. And no - I spawned in wearing this hideous ensemble that someone thinks is hil-fucking-arious." she grumbles, finding her way to the nearest alcohol source, pulling off the cap and starting to down the bottle.
Viviene
”It could be worse honestly... but I take it you’re not normally such a pink person.” Shrugging Viv followed Harper to the alcohol setting out two shot glasses on the table, ”Since we’re here might as well take shots. You like tequila by chance?” Viv would easily talk to anyone else in the room but her gut told her that there would be more coming in. ”Oh as a solution you could just strip. A few more of these and honestly I’d even think about it myself.” The cupid was joking of course but she still wagged her eyebrows at Harper in a joking manner hoping to try and take her mind off that truly horrendous pink monstrosity of an outfit.
Alistar Bastet
Staring confused at all the other people Alistar did not remember waking up that morning. Looking at the others a frown graced her face noticing their attire before she looking down at herself. "Why am I dressed like an Egyptian goddess?" she had no idea what was going before she heard someone mention alcohol. "Can I get some of that?!" she called out to the ones who were drinking. Noticing something in her hand she found a wand that had instructions on it. Reading them she looked around and saw Niels. With a grin she pointed at him. "You look like you're missing something." with a poof a bridle appeared around his face. Laughing until her stomach hurt she doubled over moving to sit down at the table to ones who were drinking were. "Mind if I join you? I'm Alistar."
Harper
The queen simply gives a glance that could easily be read to the woman, Viv, before drinking more out of the bottle. Of course more appeared and she'd help pass around the alcohol before Viv suggested stripping. The queen pauses, looking down at herself then over at the now gagged Niels then back to herself. "I'm considering it." she says flatly, honestly while pouring another drink and handing it to the woman who called out for more alcohol. "Have at it, we're currently in hell. I'm Harper, this is Vivienne but call her Viv." Harper summed up, picking up the pink monstrosity to move about and give the goddess room.
Niels Van ’t Hout
"I will pose for all the photos you want, Viv." He remarked with a wry smile. "Damn am I the only one who actually likes my costume?" He just barely got those words out before a bit suddenly appeared in his mouth. Which he just shrugged off cause hey horse. Taking the bit out of his mouth for a sec, he turned back to Alistar. "Actually this is fucking great. Never intended to dress as Kinky Dash. But uh, I'mma leave the bit out until I've gotten something to eat. Got two stomachs both rumbling. A nearly one ton horse gotta eat." And he moved right on up to the table and took whole dishes over to a corner for him to dine upon.
Jinpachi
Jinpachi had awoken looking like a anime character one he knew, well he smirked as pulled himself off the floor. Lookimg around he saw kinds of neat and bizarre outfits crossing his arms he spoke. " Didn't know they had these kinds of parties here I guess the higher-ups do have balls.'' he said referring to Niels outfit while snickering and shaking his head. Then he saw Harper and he wanted to jab his own eyes out with a fork. Plowing ahead walked over to the table he needed a damn drink and many more after this. "Not even going to ask why or how this happen just going to expect it" he muttered to himself as he got a glass of the good shit. Drinking he turns his muscular back before greeting people who cared or didn't he didn't care, but they ought to know each other names at least. "Names Jinpachi...sup'' with that he took a swig and checked his companions. Mostly checking out the women somewhat than looking at his drink 50/50. He saw the guy in a maid outfit and shook his head it was oddly familiar.
Alistar Bastet
Laughing at Niels' reaction to the bit she shrugged. "It looks good on you. Hopefully you can keep it." she took the drink that Harper gave her and made a cheers motion to her and the one called Viv. "Pleasure to meet you fine ladies." With ease she downed the drink and grinned happily. Hearing someone else speak she turned to see a half naked man. Raising an eyebrow she made an 'mmmm' sound raising another drink to him. "Alistar. Are you normally this good looking or is it just the costume?" she asked flirtatiously.
Viviene
Shrugging and giving Harper a wry smile as if to say, Well what can ya do? Viv tossed her shot back. When another fine looking woman entered the room and introduced herself as Alistair. Motioning for her to join Harper and herself after Harper made the introductions she watched as the other woman waved a wand over in Niels direction. Viv found herself damn near cackling when Niels had a bit put into his mouth. MLP indeed. ”Promises, promises Niels. By the way if you eat all the food I will be mad. Nothing is better than eating junk food with alcohol!” Viv then looked to the other male who had entered. Muscled and dressed like an anime character Viv raised her glass in his direction before murmuring conspiratorially to Alistar, ”Probably just vanity muscles... there’s really only one that counts you know? Could be compensating for something.” Before wiggling her pinky finger in Alistar’s direction.
Damien
One by one he watched everyone head straight over to the table for adult drinks. "I'm Damien.. and I normally don't drink, but this seems like a good time to start," he followed the others to the table and looked at the various beverages. Not knowing what was what, he simply picked up a shot of.. something and downed it. It went down his throat very harshly and he coughed about half it back up. "Christ! How can you all just swallow it like its nothing?!" He tried again, finishing the rest with a scrunched up face.
Harper
She never wants to hear 'Kinky Dash' again and settles on ignoring Niels for now since he made his stupid comments. More people join, more people she ignores as she downs more alcohol and nods to Alistar. "Pleasure is mine ma'am. Drink up!" The vampire passes out more shots and chokes on the drink at Viv's comment with homeboy compensating for something. She laughs and shakes her head, offering another drink to the maid cat, Damian and chuckles at his cringe. "I've been drinking a long time. Vodka is like water to me." she admits with a shrug and continues to drink while other's flirted or cringed at the drinks. The urge to cut herself out of the dress was rising. "Who do I gotta pay for a costume change?" she finally asks, looking around the room.
Alistar Bastet
Laughing as she downed a shot that Harper gave her she nodded to Viv. "You're probably right. Wonder if they're air-brushed on?" she giggled watching the cat in the maid outfit eyeing him up. The outfit itself offended her but the man most certainly did not. "Well hello Damien. If you don't normally drink, take it easy. That or drink a lot of water later. You'll want to kill yourself tomorrow if you have too bad of a hang over." he seemed younger to her and that made her feel more inclined to protect him. Hearing Harper she looked at the woman in pink. "Oh? I have this wand thing that says it can change costumes. What can I get in exchange for changing your outfit?" she smirked playfully.
Jinpachi
Before he knew it he was being hit on by an attractive dark skin woman in an Egyptian outfit. Jin had no objections to that “Heh either or I could show you the real deal if you’re up for it” he was confident, but not cocky with his words. “ Alister interesting name you got there,” he told her before taking another swig. The women dressed as cupid made him chuckle “Yeah that is what they always think, but I’m a grower, not a shower.” He said matching both their witty comments with a shit eating grin. It was clear he was enjoying himself; alcohol played a role in it. Hearing the conversation about the wand piqued his interest, but he kept his mouth shut for now. That was until Damien down his first drink, Jin walked over and patted him the back gently. "Take it easy there kiddo and uh you'll get used to it the more you drink." He told the lad before backing up the airbrush comment earlier had him smirking.
Harper
She raises a brow to the woman who says that they can get rid of this pink monstrosity and chuckles. Downing another several gulps of vodka, the woman breathed through the burn before turning to look at her and ignoring the Himbo trying to flirt. "Depends on what you want, Bastet." the vampire replies with a quirked brow.
Viviene
Viv watched as Damien tried to drink some vodka and simply coughed after taking the drink. He clearly wasn't one to drink hardly ever. Shrugging she simply thought he'd learn. Turning her smile on to Alistar she grinned at the woman, "They could be! Vanity knows no bounds these days." To Jin's comment Viv quirked one eyebrow and echoed her words from earlier, "Promises, promises." Her attention then swung to Harper and her discomfort with her outfit. "Alistar why not just turn the whole thing black? The frills and all stay but it's just all black. Seems like that may be her preferred color scheme if I had to take a guess." Taking one more shot she stood and looked around the room. She saw supplies for various activities but one that got her attention involved balloons. Finding the card describing the activity Viv smiled. Seemed like fun, and they all needed a way to get to know one another without just drinking. Raising her voice so everyone could hear here she said, "Hey so while everyone seems content to eat and drink why not make this even more fun by playing this game. Looks like all we gotta do is tape two balloons to our ankles and then stomp on them to get someone out. You got no balloons you're out and your outfit has to change! If you win, well... you get to choose everyone's next outfit! Side note to you Niels if you stay in horse form I'm making you have four balloons. Anyone wanna play?"
Damien
He shuddered at the thought of this girl just drinking vodka casually like it was nothing. He felt the pat on his back from Jin and nodded at Alistar, thankful for their advice. "Water.. right, definitely need water, thank you," he made sure to grab a cup of it and took a few sips to wash away the harsh vodka taste at the back of his throat. Golden eyes looked at another shot glass before deciding that, yes, he was going to try again and downed a 2nd shot. "Eugh, second time is a little better, but not by much." He turned around to where Viv was talking about. "Uh, I'm in I guess," he responded, taking a couple of the balloons and tape.
Alistar Bastet
Quirking an eye at those who pronounced her name. Was it really so hard for people to pronounce Alistar? Alice-star... "I'm good. I'll be sure to let you know if I have any interest." Grinning she turned to the pink princess and hummed as she was asked what she wanted. Thinking she laughed and nodded to Viv. It was definitely an idea. Looking to Harper she smirked. "A drinking buddy when we get back to the school." Flicking the wand she aimed it at Harper and changed the dress to a black outfit, but not the kind others would have thought of. Laughing she looked to Viv. "Sure. I'll play." Glancing to Damien she waved. "Don't worry kid. You don't have to drink just cuz we are."
Niels Van ’t Hout
He got just that much more self-confident and cocky when he was complimented. As he was about to finish off whatever it was he had taken, more food filled the bowl. "No worries Viv, looks like it auto-refills. But of course I would have saved you some anyway." He audibly sighed when he wasn't the one targeted with the dick joke, and really they couldn't target him cause his was technically out for everyone to see. "That's up to you Viv. I can stay half-horse with four balloons, or I can become full human, be completely nude, but only have two balloons. Actually, I'll leave the decision up to all of the ladies. Majority wins."
Harper
Harper chuckled at Alistar and shrugged. "Bet I can drink you under the table." the vampire assures with a wave of her hand. And then she was in a cheerleading dress. It wasn't... quite what she wanted, preferring jeans and a T-shirt, but hey - it was black and not a pink monstrosity. "Don't expect me to cheer anytime soon." she said, laughing. Then Niels was, well, Niels and the vampire rolls her eyes. "Please leave your clothes on, ain't no one interested in that." she said, getting back at the comments he made earlier.
Jinpachi
Jinpachi took a swig of scotch as Vivi commented on vanity again “Perhaps one of these days you'll know the truth.” Then she spoke more, making a proposal game they all could enjoy. “Count me in, I need something to break the boredom,” he said as he watched Damien down another shot. Jin smirked at Alistar “Now I play the waiting game” as that was going on he made his way over to the food stand. Shoving food into his mouth like a starving man true to his boorish nature.
Niels Van ’t Hout
"Uh, technically my clothes are already off down there. I've got a shirt and jacket but nothing else. And I haven't heard a single complaint yet. In fact, I think I've heard a few compliments." He smiled mischievously at Harper then gave her a wink. "Maybe you just don't want others to see before you do, hmm?"
Viviene
”Alright guys common, let’s all play. I’m gonna start strapping everyone into these balloons if you don’t do it yourself.” Viv propped her hands on her hips the two balloons at her ankles swaying slightly with the movement. Rolling her eyes at Niels she muttered, ”Strip see if I care I’m gonna pop your balloons anyway.” Seeing that Alistair was getting ready she went over to the other woman and draped an arm around her before saying, ”What say you and I team up Alistair? We could probably kick everyone’s asses except Harper’s then it’ll just be a fight to the death for the ladies~”
Halloween Dating Event Round 2 Niels
ROUND TWO - AFTERNOON BELL
The fun comes to an end as mysterious surveys appear and must be filled out. While no one recalls entering the elevator, they suddenly find themselves standing inside of it together with someone else. The pair cannot get the elevator door open on whatever their current floor is, to return to the party. No… they must press a floor button. Each participant may find themselves visiting only one floor, or up to four floors, with four different people. Each floor has its own challenges, which must be conquered. For each floor they must first face something scary (in varying degrees), and then they must do a bonding/trust based activity. Whatever could go wrong with that~?
Floor 1 - Basic Common Fears & Humiliation; Three questions
This first part of this floor is for everyone’s everyday fears, like: Insects, Rodents, Scary Imagery i.e Clowns, Mythical things that go bump in the night
For those that don’t have those kinds of fears, they could also face embarrassing moments, like wetting your pants, public speaking, dying your hair the wrong color, ripping your pants...etc
The secondary bonding exercise is that the pair must ask each other the following questions:
What is your deepest Secret?
What do you dislike about me?
How far have you gone/ what’s your count?
For any question they are not willing to answer/ they lie about, they will have to do something the other asks of them. (School magic ensures they will do it, though it must be within the room and the question can be answered instead at any point).
Niels Van ’t Hout
Huh, this day had gone from shameless flirting with his ladies to a random ass poll to being stuck in an elevator. But hey at least he was stuck in that elevator with his All(i) Star. "What's a sexy girl like you doing in a seedy elevator like this?" he asked with a wry grin. He enjoyed being cheesy from time to time and hey it was part of their bargain that they not develop any sort of romantic feelings for each other, and what better way to stave off romance than lame pick-up lines. "From what I've heard this school is probably up to some fucked up shit, but it can't be too evil if it put us together." Just as he was finishing his line, the doors slid open revealing a pretty drab room with nothing going on. "Or maybe it just wants to bore us to death. Shall we?" He said, offering his hand to Alistar. He might have been a ho, but he was a gentlemanly ho.
Alistar Bastet
Alistar blinked after finishing that awful survey and then she was in an elevator. Very confused she turned to look up at Niels and then straight laughed at him. "Niels my beautiful ride. I wonder if it's a good thing or a bad that they have us trapped in here together." she grinned at him nodding in agreement with his statement. "Are you saying you'd be bored with me around?" she laughed again and glanced at the door as it dinged and she stepped out pulling him with her. As they stepped out of the elevator a strange goopy sound could be heard from above them. As soon as she would have looked up they were both covered from head to toe in a strange smelly white substance.
Niels Van ’t Hout
”I mean, this place is kinda grody, who knows what kind of diseases we might get if we did it here. Oh wait, you meant do something else, sorry, with you looking as fine as you do, I get a one-track mind.” The room did seem pretty boring and unsightly, that was until a sticky white substance spilled out upon them from the ceiling. A sickly smell permeated the air and the survival instincts in his horse-like brain shifted into high gear. With a whinnying scream he reared up, his front legs striking out at the air, then landed with a thud on the floor and kicked his back legs out with more crazed fervor than any rodeo horse could ever hope to perform. ”GETITOFFGETITOFFGETITOFF!” A second later something else rained down upon them, he couldn’t even be bothered to care what it was, couldn’t even note the fact that whatever it was cracked and squashed under his hooves and spurt out a squishy ooze.
Alistar Bastet
Rolling her eyes and laughing at Niels she ignored commentary and followed him into the room. She barely had time to process what she saw when the white glue came raining down upon them. Letting out a disgusted sound she flung her hands out whipping the stuff off of her when she heard Niels going crazy. Wiping her eyes and looking up at the bucking bronco next to her she stepped back while he went crazy and screamed. Which was exactly what she did as she saw what was dropped on them next. Scarabs... Little flesh eating beetles. Alistar's skin crawled and she shuddered hard. Terror growing in her face as the creepy crawlies came rushing towards them. Not giving a damn she jumped up onto Niels' back knocking some of the beetles off of him before they had a chance to bite him. Her hands swatting the bugs off of her too. "Stop bucking you asshole and run forward. I think I saw water or something?" She grabbed a handful of his mane and reached up to push the glue from his face and head, holding on for dear life. "They dropped glue and scarab beetles on us. We have got to get away from here!" Panic laced her voice as she shouted.
Niels Van ’t Hout
He nearly kicked her when she tried to get on, but the pull on his mane and her harsh, straight-forward words punched his mind into some semblance of focus. Off in the distance he could see the pool of water she was talking about, though it appeared to be surrounded by a menacing fence. Well, whatever was up with that fence, every bug that went near it was instantly repelled, which was all he wanted to know. The room looked like a barren auditorium it was so big, but Niels’s speed exponentially grew and large swathes of distance went by in a flash. He didn’t bother to slow down for the fence, instead once he was about a body and a half’s length away, he sprang into the air, hooves tucked neatly against his body, and practically flew over the fence and into the pool. A sound like a tank smashing into tungsten rang out as he made contact with the water in the world’s worst belly flop, and for several moments he sank further and further into the unfathomably deep pool. At last though he managed to awkwardly horsey-paddle up to the surface. ”Shit, I think I might have broken something…”
Alistar Bastet
Nearly falling off as Niels took off she swatted away as many of the bugs as she could find. Her skin crawling with each and every one of them that she touched. She really did think she was going to hurl. As he jumped to clear the fence she was thrown from his back and landed several feet from him in the water as well. She sank slowly letting the water dissolve the glue that stuck to her before she tried to swim to the surface.
Gasping as she came up she heard Niels and looked around a bit before finally seeing him. "Where does it hurt ya big baby? Should I kiss it and make it all better?" she was only partially joking. He had gotten her away from those filthy bugs and she could heal minor wounds on him. Swimming towards him stopped to tread water near him rubbing at the glue on her to get it off.
Niels Van ’t Hout
The force of the crash landing had shot all of the glue off of him, but his skin was still crawling just thinking about it. ”Uh, currently my pride cause damn getting smacked with one ton of force seems like a legit injury to me.” Still, he was in pain and getting some healing that didn’t require him to bleed all over the place would be a great relief. ”I think I cracked some of my second set of ribs. Kinda hurts to breathe and stuff.” His human torso swiveled around and leaned over, though he still couldn’t reach far. He pointed out two upper ribs on one side and a third on the other. ”Those three are the ones that really hurt, think you can save me, Doctor?” Unless she majorly screwed up it wasn’t as if the injury would kill him, but some light picking was always in order between them. ”If you want I can use the steps over there and climb out of the pool first?” Maybe her healing worked better on dry surfaces or something?
Alistar Bastet
Alistar rolled her eyes at Niels as he said it was his pride that was hurt, of course it was. Following him to stand next to him she watched as he showed her which ribs hurt. "You owe me for this." Placing her hands on his side above where he had shown her she closed her eyes to concentrate. Feeling her energy flow out of her body and at healed him enough so it wouldn't be as painful for him. It would still be sore but no longer hard to breathe or move. Pulling her energy back to herself she leaned into him obviously worn out. With a grunt she pushed away as a paper floated down to them. It had directions and three questions on it. "Guess we have to answer these?" Reading over the questions she sat on the floor to rest. Looking over the questions she answered each of them before handing the paper over to Niels.
What is your deepest Secret? "When I leave here I'll be a slave to the Pharaoh and whomever I marry will probably be killed."
What do you dislike about me? "You have a facade to you that makes you seem fake at first. You're really a pretty fun and interesting guy. The flirting thing is a bit odd at first I guess?"
How far have you gone/ what’s your count? "All the way and I lost count a long ass time ago." she grinned at him and wiggled her eyebrows before laughing.
Niels Van ’t Hout
”Cash or bedroom, doc?” he responded with a smirk when she told him he owed her. Then instantly regretted it when he had to breathe in again. Stupid ribs. He held perfectly still as she placed her hands just above the ribs then closed her eyes and assumedly concentrated. Almost instantly he could feel the pain recede and holy shit he could actually breathe normally now! ”Thanks for that, though I’m sorry it was so tiring.” A piece of paper floated down, which was definitely not unusual for this place. ”Oof, some of those questions are harsh. But yeah maybe if we answer these will get to leave this hellhole.” She went first, not needing any time to figure out her answers. Huh, she must have had her shit together. ”Ouch, you might want to just stay in the school…” On to what she didn’t like about him. It…was not exactly what he was expecting. He was mostly surprised by how it came off like a compliment. And as for her count, yeah that was what he figured she’d say. ”Let’s see here, deepest secret is that I arranged my mom’s death.” His voice cracked right at the end, ruining his attempt to sound nonchalant about the whole thing. ”Anyway…what I don’t like about you? Before you get to know people, you are very dismissive of them and seriously don’t listen. And as for count, all the way and I have no clue how many cause there were a lot of groups.”
Alistar Bastet
Laughing softly she thought about ignoring his comment about cash or bedroom before grinning and looking up at him. "You know what I prefer." she said smoothly, as she finished healing him she took a deep breath trying not to show much that took out of her. Sitting on the floor she didn't want to think about how cold she was starting to feel as she answered the questions and then looked to him for his. Laughing softly at his comment about her not leaving the school she shrugged. "Yeah..." Listening to his answers she was vaguely surprised by his deepest secret. Well she didn't plan on telling anyone so he would be safe there. "Death is never easy." she commented softly. What he didn't like about her just made her laugh. It didn't surprise her at all really. Neither did his last answer. She figured he would have lost count too. "Sounds like we're pretty similar with our answers hun. Now how do you think we get out of here?" Leaning back she made herself comfortable as she sat.

Floor 3 - Irrational Paranoia/Phobias; Touching Game
This floor your character’s will face their phobias: Water, Claustrophobia, Cats, inability to move, Sensory loss, etc!
If they do not have a phobia, you may apply one to them just for now so they can feel what having a phobia is like.
The bonding exercise is a touching game, for a minute, one of them, then the other, will have their hands stuck to the other person. They can lift their hand briefly but it will quickly be pulled back. Will they behave and only touch where the other is comfortable???
Kahkewistahaw
The last he remembered, he’d been alone in the elevator, having to fill out that poll. Kehaw didn’t have a clear sense of how long ago that had been. Time felt… confusing. Like he’d closed his eyes, and fallen asleep, or just blinked, and he couldn’t tell which. More pressingly, now that he’d opened his eyes, he could see that the elevator was on the fourth floor, and he was no longer alone inside of it. ”You are… Alistar?” He recalled putting her towards the bottom when doing the poll. Was that the school’s game, to make them face people they didn’t know, or didn’t trust? If that was the case, then it would be unfortunate for them, he, by and large, enjoyed getting to know new people. ”I-” The dragon had been about to properly introduce himself, and say it was a pleasure to make her acquaintance, but he looked towards the elevator doors as they suddenly began to open, his glowing gold eyes taking on a more burnt-orange color. ”We may not have time for pleasantries…”
Alistar Bastet
Feeling a little fuzzy Alistar groaned softly holding her head. The last thing she remembered was having a good time with everyone, then being given a survey about trusting people, and told to enter an elevator... Which had been empty. Hearing her name she looked up and blinked amber eyes looking confused for a moment. "Uh yeah. Sorry, I don't think I could pronounce your name if I tried." She remembered him though from the pictures. Letting her eyes travel over him and assess him more she glanced to the elevator as it opened. Nodding at Kehaw she chuckled softly. "Appears not." Stepping out into the room she felt a slight tingling sensation as she felt like the room warped. Instead of a room she saw a very familiar training field. Dread filled her, and a very red hot rage. Clenching her fists she swore softly. "The hell are we doing here?!"
Kahkewistahaw
There was an oppressive feeling of needing to step out of the elevator soon after it opened- no time for formalities, or proper introductions. Only time enough to step out of the elevator. The dragon glanced back to see the elevator doors close behind them. That was expected, but slightly disheartening regardless. Ah well, he'd focus forward. Get through whatever this was. When the room transformed into what seemed to be a field, the elf was confused. Parting lips, he was about to ask if this was related to Halloween, but Ali very clearly knew where they were. "Might I inquire where 'here' is?"
Alistar Bastet
Hearing the doors close behind them she didn't even flinch. However, she did glance at Kehaw as he asked where 'here' was. Glancing to him she did not look pleased. "Home. Hell on earth." Motioning for him to follow her she stepped out and walked further into the field and saw that others were already there practicing. "This is where I grew up. I was trained here." As she looked around she saw someone that was very familiar to her coming at her. It was her Father. 'Alistar. So nice of you to actually show up for practice today.' Alistar instantly shifted her body in front of Kehaw and turned to face the man in front of her. "Dad. Nice to see you... Alive."

By context of her voice and expression, the dragon could understand ‘Earth’ must have been her planet, and he had some idea of ‘hell’, although it didn’t exactly align with the varying views on it from around. All that to say, Kehaw’s eyes settled on her with a flickering of curiosity colored by a bit of concern and understanding. ”So it is no triumph that one of us is aware of what could be expected of the place we have been deposited…” Frowning, the elf stayed a couple of steps behind Alistar as she stepped further into the room, looming like an exceptionally large shadow. He wanted to ask the woman what kind of training she’d received here, but he understood that to be in bad taste, especially in the given situation. ”This is your territory, whatever you see to be the best move to be made, I will do my best to follow and support you- so we may both make it out of here.”
He just managed the words before another male approached them. Someone that Alistar called as her ‘dad’. The dragon inhaled a breath, lips moving in a silent chant as he did, such that a bit of fire sparked to the back of his throat, contained and small for now. He was healthy enough to use some combative magic, if Alistar’s attempts to shield him from harm were not entirely successful.

She was a bit surprised at the manner of speech from her companion but kept her eyes on her father. "I have no idea why we are here but no, this is not a good thing." Her amber orbs searched her father's person to see what he might be hiding. Strangely this place felt familiar. A sense of deja vu passed over her. She glanced back at Kehaw as he offered to make sure they both made it out of there. Well that was confusing. Why would he care?
Well it was made apparent why this place seemed so familiar to her. A much younger version of herself passed through her from behind as it ran towards her father. The child was barely older than 10 and very out of breath. Sorry Papa! Chores took longer than I thought. Called the child but as she drew near the older man backhanded her hard enough to send her straight to the ground. With a disappointed sigh he rubbed his forehead. "Such a useless child. You're the one who should know better. Complete your tasks on time and never be late. Your mark could already be gone if you're even a second late. At this rate you'll be the sole reason all of us die miserable deaths here in this wasteland." The small child stood holding her cheek and very much looking like she wanted to cry but said nothing and waited for instruction.
The older Alistar ran a hand through her hair and shook her head. "Almost every day was like that. He never let up. I'm the savior of our people and all that shit. Ya know nothing big. I just get to trade my life for all of theirs." she laughed sarcastically before turning to look up at her companion. Pointing to herself she spoke. "Alistar. You are?" she gestured to him curiously.
Kahkewistahaw
Was this some sort of vision then? The man didn’t seem to notice them at all. The dragon flinched at the sound of the man’s hand harshly making contact with the child’s face. What a piece of refuse. Burnt orange orbs looked to Alistar as she spoke. Having a life that benefited others to some detriment of their own… Kehaw personally resented that, being in much the same boat himself. As much as he loved people, he hated when they felt they were owed something, up to and including a savior. He wasn’t going to talk about it though, not to a stranger. He let took a careful breath and nodded as she introduced herself. ”I am Kahkewistahaw, but I am happy to be called most any nickname. I see the academy insists on being vile as ever, digging up old memories and sharing them with strangers, no less.” He’d hate for this to happen to himself-
Ah damn, he shouldn’t have even had the thought, as no sooner than he did, the scenery began to change. His room, lavish, but with the faint scent of medical herbs ever in the air. In the very plush looking bed lay a young version of the dragon. So small, as compared to his now towering figure. He looked pale, deathly. His parents were talking to the doctor, and a member of the church. He was sure his parents didn’t think he could hear or comprehend in the state he’d been in, as they pleaded that there must be some way for the goddess to take back her gift, or for the damage it did to his health to be maintained. It was almost morbidly that his eyes settled on his mother’s face. Was that… how she’d looked in that moment? His father didn’t look much better. His young mind had only recalled the fear and desperation in his parent’s voices- and the equal parts of fear, desperation, and guilt that it stirred in him. This memory had always remained seared into the back of his mind, like a sharp pain he couldn’t fully identify.
Alistar Bastet
Looking up at the tall man as he introduced himself she grinned and nodded. "Vile memory for sure. Not exactly something I would share with a stranger but not exactly a secret either. Nice to meet ya Kahkewistahaw. Is there a nickname you prefer?" she wasn't about to make up a nickname for someone unless he really honestly had no preference.
As the scene shifted to one with him in it she blinked and remained silent while watching. She tilted her head thinking and crossing her arms under her chest. "Parent's always think they know best." she murmured shaking her head. This one didn't seem to have lived an easy life either. Sure it seemed a bit more pampered than what she was used to, but that didn't mean her troubles were any harder than his were.
The room shifted again making Alistar frown as suddenly she found herself pressed up against her partner as they were crammed in a dark closet. "Uh.. what the hell?" she muttered craning her neck to try and look around. Her eyes reflecting the red light from a timer that was above them. "Looks like we have 7 minutes until something happens. You ok?" She couldn't really shift too much to see if there was a door around them they could get out of.
Kahkewistahaw
”Not at all. It’s always somewhat interesting to see what moniker someone will attribute to me. Thus far I’ve collected ones such as ‘Smalls’, ‘Kewi’, ‘Kehaw’, ‘Tall, Sexy and Gorgeous’- those last three altogether although I insist that’s longer than my actual name. Admittedly, maybe not by much.” A small trace of the dragon’s charming smile surfaced as he spoke. He leaned all the way into the name topic, as he hated to think he was encroaching on Alistair’s personal life without invitation. He did love getting to know people, and he certainly wanted to get to know what kind of person she’d become with that past- but given how he’d feel with that invasion of privacy, he acted with some tact.
Something he was soon hoping would be returned as they were swept away into a memory of his own. He’d been only half conscious at the time, the school really had been watching them forever, to recreate it like this, huh…? ”The opposite of believing they know best, they’ve always known they had nothing. I’ve watched them unraveling my whole life; grasping at straws for any solution that might mean their son wouldn’t die long before them…” Meanwhile the nation celebrated the prosperity his short life would bring, and even had the gall to be jealous of his blessed family… not something he’d tell Alistair about but, his expression made clear the line between guilt and frustration he felt while looking at the scene.
Then, suddenly, he was in a dark space, the woman pressed against his chest. Kehaw didn’t look down at her as he tried his best to recoil away, but pushing against the wall behind him barely created any space. ”Not particularly ok, no.” The stress was audible in his voice. He tried to ignore the crawling feeling on his skin and the pit in his stomach. ”I don’t do well, being touched by people I don’t know well.” The slight shuddering of his giant frame made that clear.
Alistar Bastet
It was strange that he had no preferred name to go by. Nodding she chuckled at the various names he mentioned. "Well they do seem to describe you physically or an alteration of your name. I think I'd prefer to get to know you a bit better before I come up with a pet name for you. So Kahkewistahaw it is. Please forgive me if I mispronounce it. Just correct me and I'll try again." she was used to odd names since her home had been Egypt for a very long time. Seeing his smile she gave him a playful wink in return.
She listened silently as he explained what his parents had done. Tilting her head and then looking up at him her eyes glowed softly as she considered him. She wondered how long he had been alive to suffer the way he had. His face spoke volumes to her but she didn't press. "Maybe you can tell me more one day? Living a life watching someone you cherish slowly dying does not sound like a pleasant experience." she had watched her own family die to a certain degree. So she understood faintly the idea of family dying, but she had not really cared much for those who had come before her.
As they were trapped in the small room she could feel his straining to gain space away from her. It was unusual for someone to pull away but she didn't question it in the least. For some reason he triggered her protective streak and she wanted to learn more. Shifting she placed her hands behind her at the small of her back before speaking softly trying to ease his discomfort. "I won't move. I can offer one of my gifts if you would like. I can... make touching me feel more pleasant?" she braced her head against the wall behind her taking shallow breaths. "I do have to touch you for that, but we have enough contact that it would work. If you don't want that then tell me about yourself Kahkewistahaw. Your markings are quite beautiful." she complimented trying to distract him.
Kahkewistahaw
”Caw-Keh-Wist-Ah-How.” The dragon sounded out his name for her since she preferred to use it. ”If such is an offer to speak again in a less forced setting, I’m happy to accept.” Kehaw’s smile was brief, considering they were soon whisked away to a memory of his own. While he loved getting to know new people, talking to Alistar about this…? ”I…” Rubbing his arm, he looked away from his pleading and mourning parents, over to his near-lifeless body in the plush bed. How often did he look like that…? ”This is the one way I don’t want to be seen.” It wasn’t an absolute no to talking about it, but the hesitance was also clear. This was, certainly, the most private part of his life.
From one uncomfortable situation to the next. It was unlucky that he’d gotten stuck into a closet with someone he’d not formed any bond of trust with yet, but his luck perhaps pulled through a bit in that Alistar was considerate of his discomfort.
”I’m a bit concerned, how you said that like a question.” A little shuddered puff that was maybe wanting to be a slight laugh escaped from the elf. He was trying to keep it light, but the stress wouldn’t leave his tone, nor would his body stop quivering. Would he get used to this, or was it just going to get worse over the 7 minutes? He wasn’t actually sure. "I’m fond of them as well.” An attempted jest. Glowing eyes finally looked down towards her. ”You should see my father’s scales in his dragon form, like concentrated pieces of the night sky.” Alistar had little choice than for her face to be near to his chest, he wondered if she could tell at what panicked pace his heart was going? ”If you think using your power would be a good idea, I’ll trust you.” Given his luck, whichever path they took from here was likely to work out.
Alistar Bastet
Committing how he pronounced his name to memory she also made a mental note to seek him out if they made it out of this place later on. Glancing at his form with him she sighed softly. "I'm used to keeping secrets. So don't worry. I won't share this." hell she didn't want him sharing her secret either.
Trying hard not to move she glanced up at him as he said he was concerned with how she asked it. She stayed silent until she complimented him. Smiling in the dark she chuckled at his jest. "A dragon huh? Can you become one as well?" She was curious about this man she was sharing such a tiny space with. "I'm not used to there being so many different types of people." Hearing his answer she didn't even reply. She simply focused on the areas that were touching between the two of them. Only a small amount of her pleasure touch seeped through the contact. Obviously, she didn't want to arouse him, if he could be, in any way. She only intended for enough to seep through that would make it less unpleasant. She was aware though that it could backfire and make him more uncomfortable depending on how susceptible to the influence he was. "Tell me about the colors? Was your mother like the night sky as well? Of course that's me assuming she was also a dragon."
Kahkewistahaw
”Technically speaking, I could take a form like my father’s, but my body has never been strong enough for his transformation magic. My mother’s illusion magic has always been much more accessible for me.” That his body couldn’t handle transformation was not something he’d usually be open about, but Alistar had already seen a slice of his past, and he was also talking for the distraction of it. ”Your own ability has to do with touch?” Queried the dragon, able to access the edges of his curiosity, though much of it was masked behind the nauseous, uncomfortable buzz of being pressed against her. An uncomfortable buzz that suddenly took on some fresh and new feeling.
There was just something slightly pleasant now. The sensation was as if one had been stuck in a hot, smelly car and, alas, a window was cracked open; letting in a fresh breeze that was immediately refreshing. Sure, it was still warm, and it didn’t completely diminish the smell, but it was notably better. In the car situation, one would certainly want to roll the window all the way down and stick their head out, or get out of the car altogether- but there were no such options in the actual situation outside the metaphor.
His brain was now a bit confused, did it want the touch, or not? That confusion, though, at least took an edge off his anxiety. ”Is your world not so diverse as Heartless?” That he’d relaxed a little was audible in his voice, and that he shivered a bit less.
”The colors. Seemingly black, at first, contrasted by specks sparkling like stars... but when you look closer, mesmerizing purples, blues. Always moving. Hard to tell if the light is being absorbed, or reflected.” Kehaw’s eyes were closed, he was imagining inspecting his father’s scales, letting the words drop as he held the image in his mind. ”My mother is an elf, beautiful, but in a different way.” Opening his eyes again, he let out a slow breath.
Alistar Bastet
"Illusion magic huh? That sounds like it could be very entertaining." she didn't comment on how he couldn't transform like his father. "Is the dragon side like another soul in you? Like how you read that werewolves have a wolf in their heads?" she chuckled softly, her body shifting a bit to be more comfortable. "Yeah, as long as I can touch someone I can cause them to feel pleasure. I can generally control how much they feel at once, but I typically only use it on those who are willing, or are a mark." She wasn't sure how he would react to finding out that she had killed people.
"Yeah no. I've met some people who were a bit more than human but more related to the ancient Egyptian gods than other types of creatures. It's been an experience meeting so many different people so far." She wondered if Kahkewistahaw was feeling any better but he didn't seem to be as stressed as he had been. Glancing up she saw that their timer was steadily going down. Closing her eyes she tried to imagine the colors he described. "Those sound beautiful. It would help explain your markings. If they even vaguely resemble what you described for your father. I can only imagine how beautiful your dragon form would be." she chuckled softly. "Your mother did look beautiful in your vision. Tired, but beautiful. So tell me, how are you enjoying this school so far? Have you met a lot of interesting people?"
Kahkewistahaw
”You’re not wrong.” Illusion magic could definitely be entertaining for various reasons. As for having another soul, Kehaw gave a light chuckle to that, which managed to sound only a little unnerved. ”Not at all. I am simply myself. I’m not so sure I could stand sharing my body.” It was fatally flawed, but it was still his own. ”Do you feel a certain way, about using this ability?” He was a bit curious about the mark thing, but more so, he wondered what kind of impact having such an ability had on her. Did she enjoy it, hate it, have a complicated relationship with it? "Egyptian gods, I presume they hold power over a certain nation in your world?”
The conversation was certainly working alongside her powers as a distraction. The elf really did like to hear about the various worlds people came from. There were so many terms he didn’t know, so many interesting customs, and beliefs. He also didn’t mind talking about himself and his own world- so long as it didn’t cross into topics of his blessing and subsequent curse. ”I have certainly wondered that myself, what I would look like.” A puff of amusement was given in turn to her chuckle. ”I love it and I hate it. Were I not trapped, and these sorts of things didn’t happen, the Academy may well be paradise. The people, the library, the museum… all fascinating and wonderful. And you? What do you think of this place?”
There was 3 or 4 minutes left now, and Kehaw was getting used to the feeling of Alistar against him, the way one started to get used to and subsequently stop hearing a consistent noise. He grew visibly more comfortable, bit by bit.
Alistar Bastet
Laughing softly she nodded in the dark. "Makes sense. Don't think I'd like anyone else in my head." Frowning at his question she wasn't sure what he meant and she took a deeper breath then normal and thought about it. "This ability is useful. It helps me when I need it." She really didn't elaborate on it. She didn't need to. She had grown up with this power and come to terms with it a long time ago.
"Yeah Egypt mainly, but they were slowly taking power and territory from others. Some seem to want to make it a better place. Other's just seem to want to raze it to the ground." Even in their current position she was relaxing slightly. She was becoming a bit more comfortable with Kehaw and was interested in learning more about his Elven side well as his dragon side. She had to agree with his assessment that if these crazy things didn't happen, this place wouldn't be so bad. "Do things like this happen a lot? This one is my first, and it doesn't seem so bad. Irritating for sure, but not bad." she asked curiously. Thinking about his question she hummed softly. "It doesn't seem terrible so far. Confusing, and there seem to be a lot of rules and random people with no real order. So the jury is still out on if this place is ok or not." she laughed shrugging slightly. She kept her power flowing not bothering to increase it at all since he seemed to be responding well to it. While in a different set of circumstances she may have tried to seduce him and have some fun, she didn't feel this was quite the right time. Hearing the one minute timer she glanced up at the red light over them. "Not much longer now. You doing alright?" she asked, a hint of concern in her tone.
Kahkewistahaw
Did Alistar think nothing special of her power, or did she just prefer not to think about it? Either of those options would be an interesting part of what made her the person she was; and Kehaw really loved to learn about people, with all their intricacies. Between flaws and strengths people were typically just… beautiful. ”Sorry if the question was uncomfortable. I just can’t help but wonder what having that kind of power over someone would feel like; it’s a bit difficult for my mind to make an impression of it. I do try to behave, but at times I just can’t help myself from questions.” Despite the situation, the dragon managed a little chuckle. His voice had that openly curious tone to it that it often did- purely inquisitive without any judgement. A little window to the fact he was the scholarly type fairly through and through. ”Mmm, in my experience, deities are… fairly self involved beings. Sounds as though the ones in your world follow suit.” A hint of bitterness was on his tongue. He did, after all, have a ‘complicated’ relationship with his nation's patron Goddess.
”Two months ago, I found myself having to escape from a building infested with the undead. They called it a ‘sister school’, it was like a mirror of our own, and the administration… I think perhaps they let, or even caused, everyone there to die just… to use it as an obstacle for us. For fun…?” Whatever uncomfortable buzz was left from being squished against Alistar mixed seamlessly into the anger he had about that. ”It was despicable. Disgusting.”
The time was almost up… at the end, it hadn’t felt too long. ”I am now, in large part thanks to you. A less intrusive first meeting would have been nicer but; I’ve somehow enjoyed getting to know you regardless. I’ll count that as a win over the academy.” He managed some humor to his tone. Thirty seconds now.
Alistar Bastet
The unknowing goddess blinked in confusion as he apologized for the question being uncomfortable. "It's not uncomfortable. If I didn't want to answer I wouldn't. It's a special kind of power. One I can't say I don't enjoy. I understand what it is like to have your free will taken away though. So if someone isn't a threat to me or a mark; I generally won't use it on them without their permission. It feels wrong to do so." she shrugged lightly. "Questions aren't always a bad thing."
Glancing at the clock again she saw their time was down to only thirty seconds. "Yeah deities are generally a fucked up bunch. Sounds like a set of them or a single really bad one is the reason for this school? We can hope they never do anything like that zombie stuff to us." she nodded agreeing that it was disgusting. It never made sense to her that people would slaughter others for amusement. Hits were one thing. There was a dance to those. Raw unfiltered slaughter though? That was just wrong. She was glad to find that he was ok and laughed softly at his positivity that this was a win over the academy. "It very well could be. I think a different kind of meeting could have been better but this also forced us to become a bit closer in a shorter amount of time." she looked down and shifted her hands to lightly put them in his shoulders. "Figuratively and literally. I'm glad we got to meet." there was a warm smile to her tone as she reached past him and opened the door that had appeared next to them at the end of the timer. Sending both of them tumbling out of the room.
Kahkewistahaw
"Mmm, so I’ve just learned you have a strong sense of morality, you’ll let it be known if my curiosity ever bothers you, and a curt answer from you is not necessarily an annoyed one. All good things I’ll be sure to remember. Despite the fact I’ve failed to make myself stop shivering this entire time, I hope I’ve left even half as decent an impression on you.” The words held a playful note to them, although as the dragon attempted to look down at her, there were some slight traces of bashfulness. Kehaw was, by all accounts, a confident person. He wasn’t completely mortified to have his weaknesses put on show in front of a stranger, but, he wasn’t entirely immune to being a bit embarrassed either. Alistar was certainly the one in this instance that got to leave a cool impression.
”A real deity of deities bastard, surely.” The elf had to agree. Only someone with a stupid amount of power and no regard for anyone else would do something like arrange ‘events’ like this and the previous sister school on. Yet… why ever be kind of them and give them more or less anything they needed? Just to mess with them further? It was infuriating, whatever way it was sliced.
Closer. Yea no kidding. ”Damn, you beat me to that joke.” The words were accompanied by Kehaw looking up to the timer and trying his best to ignore the new spiral of his skin crawling from Alistar’s movements. It wasn’t as bad as when he’d first gotten in here, not at all, but there was still some immediate feeling of unease and a tiny bit of panic at the back of his mind. ”I’m glad to have met you as well. It's been, well, something for sure.” As the door opened, and they spiraled out, there was an immediate sense of relief for the space, and then just nothing, as they were whisked away to continue the mansion.

Rubbing her head as she found herself in yet another elevator with yet another stranger the assassin sighed. "I'm Alistar. Hope this isn't like the last round." she was a bit blunt as the doors opened and she stepped out but stopped immediately. The found themselves in a very large throne room At the far end sat a very bored looking man in traditional Ancient Egyptian style. As he spotted Alistar a sadistic grin spread across his face. "Alistar come closer! I'm glad you could finally make it. You've been keeping me waiting." The man laughed as he spoke and Alistar stayed rooted to the spot before being shoved forward by two men with spears. Oh boy, she had been wrong. Oh so wrong. This was soooo much worse than the last round. An actual look of panic graced her features as she stiffly started to walk forward.
Damien
Damien found himself in another elevator, memories of the last round flooding in for everything that happened. Mostly though he specifically remembered one event and really hoped that Jacob was okay. Somehow he felt that tears could still be stuck in his eyes, he rubbed at them as he leaned back against the wall. "I'm Damien.. and I wouldn't doubt it," he looked over and actually recognized Alistar from the first round when they were all standing around and having a fun time drinking. That seemed so long ago now.
When the elevator stopped, he stepped out after the woman. Damien looked around at the Egyptian looking place and was ultimately confused. But when the man ahead of them referred to Alistar, he figured it must be someone she knew. Thought it didn't seem like she wanted to have anything to do with him.. When some guards tried pushing her forward with spears, Damien stepped up, "Hey, wait a min-!" He tried to reach out for her, but was no use, a couple more guards blocked his way with their spears. Damien looked onward with concern.
Alistar Bastet
Grunting as she was shoved forward she could barely move but pride kept her upright until she was within a respectful distance of the Pharaoh. Dipping into a traditional bow to him she stayed looking down. "Em hotep Dewa-netjer en-ek." (In peace, praise God for you) She glanced back at the guards pushing at Damien. "Did you summon us here Pharaoh?" The Pharaoh stood with a stern look on his face. A small dagger in his hand. "Should I explain myself to the likes of you Alistar?" Coming to stand near her his hand whipped out and a thin red line appeared across her cheek. Neither Ali nor the Pharaoh blinked as the blood trickled down her face. "They trained you well. Do not question me Alistar. You are mine and I will do what I want with you. Your friend though."
The Pharaoh grinned tapping the blade of the knife against his lips as he stalked towards Damien eyeing him over with an obvious hint of hunger. "He has nothing to do with this Pharaoh. Send him back." she turned and demanded obviously not liking the way the Pharaoh was evaluating Damien. "Alistar. I will not tell you again." With a click of his tongue one of the guards near Alistar slammed one of their staves into her stomach and again on her back as she doubled forward. Finally hitting the back of her knees forcing her to kneel, grabbing her hair to hold her up. She had no idea what Damien could do and she was worried about him.
Damien
He heard Alistar speak in an unfamiliar language to him, but the rest remained in english. Looking onward with a puzzled expression, he was confused as to why she would speak in a way as if the Pharaoh had personally summoned them here when it should be obvious that this was the school's doing- some kind of realistic illusion. But whatever this was, it was clear that the two did not get along as neither of them were speaking kindly to one another.
Damien flinched as the Pharaoh sliced at her face, he was nearly amazed that Alistar didn't bat an eye. His attention was brought back as the Pharaoh referred to him. Damien glared up at him as he began to approach with ill intentions. "Alistar-!" he gasped out as she fell to her knees, trying to push against the staffs that blocked his way. The siren gulped and glared back at the Pharaoh. He didn't really like to use the majority of his abilities, but he figured this called for desperate measures. "Move," his voice growled, yellow eyes glowing faintly, and in his tone was a hint of demanding that the two guards blocking him could not disobey. Once the guards were put into the trance from his words, they moved aside letting him through. He wanted to rush over to Alistar, but didn't think the Pharaoh would let him by so easily. Would the trance work on him as well?
Alistar Bastet
The Pharaoh grinned as he watched the one with Alistar. "Such beautiful eyes. Like mini suns. I think I'll add them to my collection." The abilities this one displayed were very interesting too. Vaguely he wondered what an offspring would look like.
Alistar watched with a sense of horror knowing that the Pharaoh was probably going to hurt Damien and it was her fault. With a grunt she slammed an elbow into the guards crotch who was holding her hair. As their grip lessened she surged forward and launched herself at the Pharaoh.
Just as she reached him the scene shifted so they were standing in a dark room. Panting a bit with wide eyes she glanced at Damien. "Are you ok?" she asked worriedly.
Curfew After The Halloween Dating Event
Jinpachi
Jin found himself in a place unfamiliar to him he was not expecting to be teleported here after the event. Hearing his phone go off he whipped it out and checked to see who he was going to be roomed with and it was none other than that Alistar chick. He cursed his luck and even laughed a little about how absurd it was to be roomed with someone, he didn't even pick. He chalked it up them pranking him it had to be a prank "Those bastards must be rolling over on the ground about this" he said in an annoyed tone of voice, he looked all around him. Taking in the sights he had to admit he liked what he saw" Not a bad pad but why did it have to be the wrong chick?" he shrugged it off and decided to check the place out a bit. Jinpachi explored the place top to bottom and ignored the romantic atmosphere. His wondering finally stops when he headed to the kitchen and on the table was a spread of food. Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, greens, ham etc it reminded him of American food. Not that he was complaining he dug in by ripping off a piece of chicken leg and bitting into it. After all that crap he was hungry and thus began his rampage of the dinner table!
Alistar Bastet
Alistar reeled as she landed in a new bed. With an oompf she rolled over and rubbed her head. Hearing someone talking she shifted and shook her head getting out of the bed. Cocking an eyebrow as she moved to the more common area she scoffed at him. ”Not like I picked you either cupcake.” she was a little indignant and ignored him for the most part until he discovered the food. Well she could eat too. So sitting on the opposite side of the table from him she grabbed a plate and dug in as well. She didn’t particularly care how the place looked it was just a room after all. ”Jinoci was it?” she asked trying to recall his name. ”So if you didn’t pick my beautiful self; who did you pick?” Eating her food she was vaguely disgusted by his lack of manners when he ate but didn’t comment. Was he some kind of brute or something? She really didn’t recall anything stellar from when she had met him earlier that day. Well aside from the fact he had been built in an appealing way. Maybe she could just have some fun with him and move on?
Finishing her food she sat back and took a long good look at him not bothering to hide she was staring at him. ”Tell me about yourself Jinoci. Where do you hail from? You look like you’re decently built. A fighter of some kind maybe?” she guessed trying to amuse herself in this place.
Jinpachi
Jin had finally acknowledged her existence when she spoke his name but incorrectly, he looked up at him with a cocked eyebrow. From his brief meeting with the woman, he could already guess the type of woman she was. Just like him she could be a smartass and speak her mind, he did find that attractive in a woman. It was a dance of who could be more of a smartass or maybe he saw it as a challenge a very fun one. His mouth full of roast chicken he said" Huh you saying that on purpose are something the names Jinpachi or Jin." It was hard to tell if she was fucking with him or she legit forgot his name, he went with the former. No need to be rude for no reason right? Jinpachi was now eating mashed potatoes with lots of gravy, and it was good. The woman known as Alistar asked him who he picked while she complimented her own looks.
Jinpachi took a measure of her she was attractive there was no denying that " A woman named Toni why ya ask? I guess I can ask who did you pick fair is fair right funny did they really think me and you mix giving our personalities?" He had to ask about this idea of a prank funny though he could see himself banging her brains out. Yet there was only one woman that truly caught his eyes. It seems that she had eyes on him he grin at this fact, he was too damn hungry to care about manners at the moment. Noticing all this he looked at her and wink and composed himself. " Questions huh fine I hail from the land of the rising sun I'm a mutant and a sword master much more than a fighter. What about you dark tall and sexy?" Hell, he will play the game but will he go all the way with it, well you'll have to find out!
Alistar Bastet
Alistar looked at him with a frown as he spoke with a full mouth of some kind of meat. ”You really should learn some manners young man. At least eat like an adult.” she chastised him before listening to his answer. She could care less how to actually say name but she’d keep it in mind. Sitting back and digging into a burger and fries. Chewing she cocked an eyebrow at the mention of a woman named Toni. She had heard of her saure, but she didn’t think she had met her. She smirked at his assessment of their personalities. Swallowing she stated, ”Ya know. I think we could make some great music together but it probably end up explosive.” she chuckled at her own humor before pointing a fry at him as he winked at her. ”Damn straight I’m tall dark and sexy. I’d blow your fuckin mind.” she laughed a sultry laugh before blowing him a kiss.
”Egypt, handsome. I suppose you could say I’m a blessed human. My family is descended from the priests who took care of Bastet’s temples. So some say the goddess took pity on our banishment and blessed us with longer life.” eating the last of her fries she got up and cleaned up after herself. With a sway to her hips she didn’t care too much about the man’s history. ”I’m going to grab a shower and then probably turn in for the night.” as she passed behind him to head to the bathroom she ran her hand along his shoulder and the side of his neck. ”I don’t mind company but it would be a one night trip.” she laughed again and winked at him not bothering to use her ability on him. Making her way to the shower she closed the door but didn’t bother locking it.
Jinpachi
Jinpachi was too hungry to care about eating right, but when he had his fill she need not worry about his display anymore. The man smirked at her mention of music aka sex and how explosive it would be. Yeah, she was right about that it would be and it was very tempting he had to admit, but Toni was on his mind. He made no outward expression of his inner thoughts to show just a cocky smile.” Not sure you can handle this woman” then again maybe she could. His smirk became a small grin at this woman's words, she is the type to speak her mind just like he was. Not to mention she had humor in her bones. He liked that” Sounds like competition and I love competition.” As those words left his lips he had no plans of going through with this it reminded him of Liberty oh boy. Yet he knew nothing of this woman personally but she was down to fucking a total stranger. He listened to her tale with interest. Being a people person it was personal satisfaction of his to meet people. “What a story hmm I guess we got the longer life span thing going on for us both. I have never been to Egypt, well not your version of it but pretty interesting shit though.”
When she was done his eyes were on her than to those hips, and then to her touching teasing ways. After she said her piece and left him alone he crossed arms, rook back in his chair, and blew a sharp whistle with his lips. What a bad woman and yet he could take her up on her offer to plow her and leave her. It was a one-night thing. Yet he kept thinking about Toni even though they were not together, and he was no virgin. Let just say he was saving his techniques for her, no one else, he got up cleaned up, and headed to the balcony. There he sat crossed-legged and began to meditate under the moonlight.
